Showed up 6 minutes late and my appointment was canceled even though I said I have intestinal sickness which could be serious. They said the doctor could not see me even though no one else was in the lobby, and they noted the doctor is also sick and grumpy. Not sure why doctor is working if sick. Also our appointment was not automatically reschedules we had to ask them to. Later the front desk person went on to tell us how so many other people had to have cancelled appointments today ( late, sick etc) . I don't care how many others they cancelled this just shows what bad service Neighborcare high point has.

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic, largely due to the front desk staff. I drove 35 minutes to get here for my appointment, only to be met with a very cold and unhelpful attitude from an older white-haired receptionist who wears glasses, along with another older Vietnamese receptionist who both enforced the 5-minute late policy with no compassion or flexibility. What made this even more frustrating is that on a previous visit, I waited over 20 minutes past my appointment time before being called back, yet patients are expected to lose their appointments for being only a few minutes late. That double standard feels unfair and disrespectful to working families who are trying their best. The receptionistβs attitude was especially disappointing. As healthcare staff, front desk employees should provide warmth, guidance, and support to sick patientsβnot make people feel dismissed, unwelcome, and emotionally drained. Instead of helping or showing empathy, I felt coldness and indifference. It was honestly heartbreaking and very discouraging. Patients come here already worried about their health. They deserve kindness. Driving long distances, taking time off work, and a

Not my real name to stay anonymous. A few months ago, I went into see Charlene Robins to establish primary care and get help with mental health issues. At the start, everything went well; until I mentioned I smoked weed most days. Immediately, she stated that she could not help me with any mental health issues unless I quit weed AND my fiance quit weed; as βhow could I help you if I donβt know who you really are?β Not sure what that means, but if she had taken the time to ask how much I smoked, she wouldβve have learned I smoke one bowl before bed to help with nightmares. Hardly the amount to impact βmyselfβ to that degree. Iβm not sure why she automatically assumed I was a lowly stoner sitting on the couch all day smoking. If she had also taken the time to get to know me, she wouldβve learned Iβm a 3.8 gpa student at Foster. Did not appreciate this. I went to another doctor very soon after, with a completely different experience. Again, if she had actually taken the time to talk to me, she wouldβve learned I witnessed and was on seen for a very bad car crash, where neither of the drivers walked away. I got diagnosed with PTSD pretty quickly. Now that Iβve actually gotten the help

This place is dangerous and should not continue operating under these conditions. The way they treat patients is careless, and it has pushed my mental health into a critical state. I moved far away but decided to keep them as my family clinic. Unfortunately, the clinic is now about a two-hour trip for me, and I do not have a car. Over the past few months, I have been struggling with my mental health, and I rely on my appointments and medication. However, they have canceled my appointments at the last minute more times than is acceptable. Because of this, I have gone without my medication for a while and my mental health has reached a critical point. At my last appointment, I arrived late and they refused to see me. Now today, I traveled nearly two hours to get to my appointment, only for them to call me halfway through the trip and cancel it again. This situation is unacceptable and extremely harmful for patients who depend on consistent care. Clinics that operate this way put peopleβs health and safety at risk. This needs to be addressed seriously because patients deserve reliable, responsible, and compassionate care. If this continues, I will have no choice but to share my experi

I came here as a child so when I moved back to West Seattle I chose to use them as my primary care? BIG MISTAKE! Ide give 0 stars if I could. I can not get a proper appointment for months and when I get here I can't seem to accomplish any proper care??? They have said they are referring me to a neologist 4 time now and nothing! And lets talk about that 2 pair of glasses wearing troll at the front desk with no manners or customer service. Mouthy and rude! I missed work today for NOTHING! ANY RECOMMENDATIONS FOR A BETTER PRIMARY CARE IN THE AREA??
